About The Queen’s Library Tea Room

The Queen’s Library Tea Room is not simply a restaurant with a gift shop. It is a destination experience rooted in intentional hospitality, thoughtful design, and creative innovation. Located in Richmond, Virginia, we exist to create spaces where people slow down, connect meaningfully, and experience hospitality that feels both refined and deeply human.

Our work blends classic afternoon tea traditions with modern operations, experiential events, and forward-thinking service models. From curated tea experiences and immersive events to retail storytelling and guest-focused service, everything we do is designed with purpose and care.

Working With Us

Joining our team means being part of a hospitality environment that values excellence, adaptability, and initiative. Our roles extend beyond traditional service expectations and invite team members to participate in the full guest journey—anticipating needs, contributing ideas, and helping shape experiences that guests remember long after they leave.

We are a growing, evolving company that pairs high hospitality standards with innovation. Team members gain exposure to:

  • Experiential hospitality and event-driven service

  • Guest experience design and service flow

  • Specialty food, beverage, and tea education

  • Retail and brand storytelling

  • Collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic environment

We are especially excited to connect with individuals who see hospitality as a craft, enjoy working in a polished yet creative setting, and are eager to grow alongside a brand that is continually building what’s next.

If you’re looking for more than a typical hospitality role and want to be part of a destination that is redefining what modern hospitality can look like, let’s connect.
